Collective Drugstore Makeup Haul: MUA, Accessorize and ELF

My ELF order arrived yesterday (just stocking up/trying new stuff) and I also went for a random shopping trip just to look around and ended up buying some stuff. So without further ado, lets jump right into it!

I have been wanting to buy this Accessorize nailpolish for AGES now and I thought Im gonna go for it this time and I did! So in LOVE with this. I have no idea how to describe it but it has shades of purple and green in it. Reminds me of petrol for some reason. Obviously a proper NOTD post will come soon!
Accessorize nail polish in Aztec - £4 from Superdrug

So far I only tried MUA (Makeup Academy) lipsticks and found them to be VERY moisturising and long lasting (putting aside my gripe with the colour range) so I decided to buy some other products to try.
Looking through the eye pencils, this beautiful Royal Blue shade immediately caught my eye but once I swatched it, I KNEW I had to buy it because it went on SO soft and smooth with a rich colour pay off. Will definitely be going back and checking out more colours.

Another MUA purchase with a brilliant colour pay off.
MUA Blusher in Shade 3 from Super drug £1

If you follow ELF cosmetics on their facebook page (they usually have lots of offers), they recently had a 30% off code and I thought it was a good time to stock up and also try some new things.

This Shimmering Facial Whip was a first time purchase and my first impression is that its a bit too shimmery for my skin tone. I might be using this for highlighting on the brow bone or at the top of my cheekbones.
ELF Shimmering Facial Whip in Pink Lemonade - £1.50

So far I have not had a bad experience with ELF makeup brushes so I thought I would add another one to my collection. This is VERY soft and perfect for the purpose.
ELF Professional Blending Eye Brush - £1.50

I have raved about the ELF HD Powder in the past and this was a repurchase (I'm gonna say maybe the 6th?)
ELF High Def Powder - £6
I got a bit curious about this powder foundation and thought it wouldn't hurt to give it a try. Swatches and review will come soon.
ELF Personal Blend Foundation in Medium - £7

Please let me know what products YOU have bought recently from any of these brands and what do you think of them? Also let me know in the comments below if you want detailed reviews of any of these.

P.S: Talking of makeup: Use my Ambassador code E8308 to receive a free gift with all purchases over £15 at www.eyeko.com :)

Westfield Mini Haul

Aneesa and I went to Westfield Shopping Mall yesterday at Shepherd's Bush in London. We had such a tiring but fun day walking around and checking out the sales. Although we didn't purchase anything major, we did pick up a few things so though we would post about it and share it with you guys.

First stop, Pull and Bear:
They had quite an amazing sale on, with a alot of the stuff starting at £2.99. Aneesa picked up a sheer top in a beige/nude colour and I got a very thin cardigan in a quite a unique shade of blue.

I made a quick stop at American Apparel because I have had my eyes on this nail colour for ages now! Its called Peacock (first one from the left). I will be swatching all three soon, but for now I applied the pink one which I really like!
American Apparel Nail Lacquer in (L to R) Peacock, Hunter and Dynasty.
We spent the longest at Boots for some reason! But I only got this 17 nail polish in the shade Forever (Best nude shade EVER!) which was a repurchase and a Rimmel Exaggerate liquid eyeliner in black.
Rimmel London Exaggerate Eyeliner, brush and swatch in 001 100% Black.

We then passed by an NYS stall (for those who are unfamiliar, it is a brand for really good but affordable eyewear) and they were doing a 2 for £25!! So we both decided to get one each. Both of them are a 'wayfarer' shape. Aneesa's one (first one) is black with a floral inside and mine is a bit larger in size (since I have a round face) with a red tinted frame.

Just thought I would include this in this post as it is from the next day. Aneesa FINALLY found a bag (from Primark!). Its a really nice cream faux crocskin with light brown details and gold hardware. Perfect for uni!

Hope you guys liked the haul, its our first one, so we would love to hear from you in the comments below what you thought of it and what you think can be improved.

Thanks
Saman and Aneesa x
